As a TD EHS Environmental Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide the data and develop equipment solutions to enable virtual factory environmental compliance for process technology transfers.
- Maintain partnerships across the VF network and with appropriate regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate chemical approvals for their use across Intel Operation sites.
- Conduct technical equipment assessments to determine environmental impact of equipment adds.
- Responsible for the compliance of all applicable environmental regulations, government requirements and Intel policies for air and or water and waste programs.
- Influence organizations to maintain environmental performance and limit Intel's environmental footprint.
- Team with other EHS professionals on a site, regional and global level to share learning, increase innovation and drive synergy throughout Intel.
- Partner with site, regional and global stakeholders to increase environmental awareness, tracking, analyzing and reporting environmental indicators and driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare and submit required environmental reports, indicators, permit applications/modifications with high degree of quality.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Meteorology, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or closely related field with 3 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance from a regulated high-tech manufacturing facility, regulatory agency or environmental consulting and leading and driving hazardous waste compliance for large, complex facilities including a thorough understanding of federal waste regulations.
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Meteorology, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or close related field with 2 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance from a regulated high-tech manufacturing facility, regulatory agency or environmental consulting and leading and driving hazardous waste compliance for large, complex facilities including a thorough understanding of federal waste regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oregon State regulatory requirements in Air, Wastewater or Waste.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
