We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support and assist in driving and activating against strategic global and HQ-focused paid media initiatives and participate in our transformation. This role will be in the HQ Global Paid Media Team, which is part of the Brand, Creative & Media (BCM) HQ org within the Global Marketing Org (GMO). They will partner and collaborate across global marketing teams working with our global media agency to meet and exceed business and marketing goals. The ideal person is a paid media specialist (agency and/or brand-side) that can thrive in a matrixed organization, working nimbly to bring passion and expertise into global work streams (campaigns and horizontal) to evolve our cutting edge media practice but also to execute media campaigns end to end as needed. They will need to be rooted in strong media fundamentals and omnichannel/omniverse, balancing analytics with creativity including a keen understanding of audiences (b2b and b2c), insights, trends and customer journeys; experience in digital / data / technology and optimizing to outcomes is a must. Because of the dynamic nature of global media needs as strategists, executioners and innovators, this role requires flexibility in driving projects independently or supporting on larger global initiatives.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
5 years of developing, planning and executing data-driven and creative integrated media strategies, plans and campaigns grounded in audience insight and cultural moments
5 years omnichannel experience; particularly digital channels including direct, social, programmatic, SEM, influencer marketing, media analytics, and content marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Media agency and or client-side media experience
Global experience is a huge plus
Both b2b/b2c audiences
Technology category experience is desirable

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
