Intel's SMG Global Partner Marketing, GPM, Team is looking for a customer-first individual who will lead the global Microsoft account marketing strategies and activations in partnership with the Microsoft account team and category sales teams. This is a leadership position within the GPM organization, responsible for driving strategic decisions that align Microsoft and Intel's global GTM strategies and regional execution engines that materially and measurably contribute to Microsoft's business growth across all segments.
This role is located in Seattle, Washington. This role will cover the breadth of the Microsoft opportunities with Intel including Product - Surface, Azure, and Ecosystem partner- Windows OS. You will partner with the sales team to drive an integrated 4P GTM strategy that supports the account team revenue goals and the larger OEM ecosystem strategies with the Windows and CCG teams. This individual will be responsible for building 360 relationships between Intel and Microsoft marketing teams to grow MSFT business on Intel. This role drives the creation of a joint strategy with internal stakeholders and MSFT, then leads messaging and campaign execution for all co-marketing investments with Microsoft across all segments and regions.

Key Activities:
Drive a deep partnership with Microsoft account sales team to align marketing and sales investments towards driving accelerated consumption of Intel-based solutions.
Build and maintain the customized Microsoft 4P strategy that accelerates the Microsoft account team sales goals and aligns to global marketing OKRs/Top Jobs.
Drive alignment across the sales and marketing teams (HQ and Region) at Intel and Microsoft for execution of investment in sales and marketing activities.
Work with the Microsoft global and regional marketing teams to develop a full-funnel marketing strategy across the entire investment portfolio, driving measurable impact for Intel within Microsoft campaigns.
Build world-class co-branded campaigns, custom product messaging integration, and competitive marketing content.
Working closely with the product marketing and category teams, your team will be accountable for the product launch and ramp readiness (LRR) for every Microsoft platform developed.
Connect Microsoft product portfolio and value propositions back into Intel direct campaigns and launch moments where applicable.
Manage joint events portfolio across all regions with focus on measurable outcomes.
Maintain valuable investment ROI dashboard across sales and marketing priorities and key OKRs.
Manage global marketing budgets and activity approvals in the Co-Marketing tool.
Inform Microsoft marketing of Intel event, launch, campaign roadmap and opportunities for collaboration.
Collaborate with other global account teams to drive competitive marketing strategies in targeted motions.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Communications is required
8 years minimum experience in Technology Sales and Marketing, Fortune 50 Technology Multi-National
3 years global cross-geo culture technology marketing experience (Asia, Europe, US)
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Marketing or Communications
MBA equivalent
