Job Description
Come join us as a Manufacturing Technician (MT) and together let's grow and develop the next leading technology. We offer a rotating compressed work week. In this schedule, employees work 12-hour shifts over the course of four days, followed by three days off. The following week, employees work 12-hour shifts over the course of three days, followed by four days off. This pattern then repeats. This requisition is for openings on shift 6, which is a night shift position. Working hours are between 7:30pm and 8:00am, Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday. Manufacturing Technicians perform functions associated with wafer production including: Operations, equipment maintenance, process, and training. Collection, evaluation, and utilization of operational data, allowing for in-line equipment adjustments and process optimization assurances. Taking initiative, within documented standards, to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustaining so that lots are run efficiently without loss of quality to outcome or process. In addition, the Manufacturing Technician is responsible for: Multifaceted work ranging from narrowly defined parameters up to inherently complex assignments, demanding restricted and refined judgement accordingly. Development and implementation of process improvements. Knowledge and management of technological health and stability. Utilization of problem solving strategies to manage complex, nonstandard issues. Demonstration of strong collaboration skills to communicate and proliferate solutions to various issues.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience may be obtained through schoolwork, internships, military training, or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least 1 of the following:
- Associate Degree in a STEM focused major (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.).
- 1 years in a relevant certification from a technical program (e.g., Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering Technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology).
- High School Diploma with 2 years of applicable manufacturing experience to include military training in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical)
- High School Diploma with 1 years of direct semiconductor equipment maintenance experience.
Candidate must be willing to:
- Work a night shift compressed work week schedule. The schedule will consist of three twelve-hour nights in a row followed by a fourth night every other week.
- Must be willing to lift up to 25 pounds 5 times a day.
- Spend the majority of time (greater than 90 percent, not including breaks) on the floor, which can include climbing short stairs, walking 2-4 miles a day, and standing or sitting for 9 hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM focused major (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.).
