In this role you will be responsible for Central Program Management Office (PMO) to integrate and lead the Project Management activities and provide PMO services at the OR/CA TD Site Fab Construction staff level reporting to the Director of Construction (DOC).

As a TD Site Construction Program Management Office your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Integrate multiple site programs (tool install, progressive build, etc..) by ensuring they all align to site vision, have scope clarity across phases as well as key dependencies and critical paths are identified and comprehended.
  • Own and prepare the Director of Construction with various required program planning documents such as Project Execution Plan.
  • Facilitate key meetings such as customer alignment meeting, Program ratification committee, Alignment and Integration Meeting and Operational/extended staff meetings, etc...
  • Design and set up of the site governance (policies, procedures, etc..) and accountable to ensure that Site Operations adhere to the outlined requirements
  • Drive the construction cadence and pace needed for Site operations business success.
  • Own program integration key indicators, report and status for various Construction meetings (Site Ops reviews, major project reviews, etc..).
  • Collect, synthesize and analyze project data and information to enable program transparency and appropriate decision making at all levels of the team. This may include management of a small group of data analysts that will collect project execution data from multiple sites and analyze/report on Project Performance, Risk and Recovery plans.
  • Use the data to understand the problem and provide recommended solutions to the team.
  • Own overall communication management plan, which includes operational updates to the organization.
  • Drive integration in communication and execution such as change management, Risk management.
  • Drive Continuous improvement (Tools, processes, Mode of Operation, Business Intelligence).
  • Support ad hoc activities Director of Construction and Construction staff.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have at least one of the following:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with
    3 years of experience in Construction, Construction Project Management, or equivalent construction experience.
  • Master of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field with 2 years of experience in: Construction, Construction Project Management, or equivalent construction experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience at:

  • Mega projects.
  • Basebuild.
  • Layout Dependent/Cleanroom.
  • Tool Install.
  • Progressive Build (on-going construction).
  • Staff level and supporting staff management
