Intel IT's Marketing Incentives team is seeking a Solution Owner to join our group of IT professionals driving the transformation of Intel's Co-Marketing and MDF capabilities. You will work within the Product Management team alongside both our delivery teams and our vast array of business partners within SMG, Finance, Legal, and the Business Units while surfacing, clarifying, and influencing business needs and translating them into executable strategies and features. You will develop and utilize multi-faceted expertise of the Co-Marketing and MDF processes at Intel, the Consolidated Co-Marketing Platform based on Salesforce technologies, and the related Analytics and supporting capabilities including those in support of Partner Experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partnering with business representatives to understand the business value, problem, and needs, document and analyze as-is and to-be processes, business data, and success criteria.
- Convert business requirements into technical terms for the development team, perform detailed design, obtain design acceptance from business stakeholders and reviewers, develop detailed designs including functional specifications, perform configuration in systems.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills and demonstrated skills to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause/ analyses.
- Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams.
- Document all designs and functionality to enable the production support organization to support the application post-implementation and stabilization.
- Leverages Agile methodology to design and configure solutions.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or any other related field, or in lieu of a degree equivalent working experience
- 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Product Analyst
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in:
- Transition change management (TCM)
- Solution Design
- Domain experience of Sales and Marketing co-marketing and Rebates
- Experience working in Agile projects
- SAFe methodology
