Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and processes to identify opportunities for SAP system improvements and optimizations.
  • Design SAP solutions that align with business goals and requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules according to project specifications and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to junior consultants and team members, assisting with problem-solving and knowledge transfer.
  • Perform system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in SAP applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops to promote understanding and adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP systems, ensuring system integrity and performance.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years in SAP implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP (SD, MM, FI/CO), SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP customization, configuration, and integration techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
  • SAP certification(s) preferred.
