Purpose
Our Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee all recruiting initiatives and manage a small, top-notch team of recruiters. You will be instrumental in attracting and recruiting top talent for our rapidly expanding company as we recognize that our employees are our most valuable assets! You will be a hands-on manager and player/coach, performing full-cycle recruiting and working closely with our hiring managers and executive team to source and close candidates who are a strong fit for our company. In addition, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and leading a team; tracking, reporting, and presenting KPIs to the leadership team; and continually identifying and implementing best practices. Our ideal candidate is ready to roll up their sleeves, jump in with both feet, and make an immediate impact!
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management;
- Responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting with a focus on senior and executive-level roles and a willingness to jump in and support the team where needed;
- Collaborate to develop recruiting activity reports and dashboards to track and communicate metrics to the business and make data-driven, actionable decisions;
- Train hiring managers and interviewers on our hiring process including hiring to values, interpreting candidate assessments, behavioral interviewing, and other best practices;
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers on recruiting strategy for their organizations and ensure proactive communication on active searches;
- Quickly identify roadblocks and seek out the root cause of problems then work to swiftly implement solutions that move the business forward and enable us to achieve our goals.
Employment Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of total recruiting experience with at least 2 years in corporate recruiting
- 1 years of management experience
- Strong prioritization, judgment, time management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and personal presence
- A high level of integrity and a high degree of following through with commitments
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Adept with using applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, as well as EEO and ADA regulations
