Position Overview
As a member of the Revenue Operations department, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As the primary owner of Intelex’s Salesforce instance, you and your team will be responsible for the design and development of workflows, processes and integrations; managing the Salesforce development planning and release processes; and taking ownership of all related documentation and implementation across the business. You will use your knowledge and experience related to leading teams in creating global force.com solutions, enterprise technical design, best practices and implementation of the force.com suite of products.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Define our RevOps tech stack and strategic plan for the business, focused on guiding the refinement and build out of Salesforce
- Build and execute Salesforce and its auxiliary tools roadmap to support corporate strategy and goals
- Manage prioritization of Salesforce project backlog based on key business drivers
- Review team’s technical solutions and recommend improvements
- Mentor and develop the Salesforce team, providing them with valuable opportunities and challenging them to improve every single day
- Ensure the team aligns with business units to improve end user experience of the Salesforce platform
- Keep updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
- Manage relationships with vendors, technology partners and contract providers to ensure service delivery excellence
- Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion

- Ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
- Proactive thinker about how to build systems that are both scalable and secure
- Strong attention to detail, but also ability to step back and think holistically/strategically
- Great at communicating upwards, downwards, and cross-functionally
- A documented history of successfully managing complex projects both individually and cross-functionally from ideation to launch
- Possesses strong business acumen to steer towards corporate objectives
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to front-line business personnel, and conversely discuss technical subjects with developers
- Help facilitate change through understanding requirements and building consensus
- Able to conduct code review and provide constructive technical feedback
Technical Competencies
- 4 years of experience in executing Salesforce projects
- Well-versed understanding of advanced database architecture concepts
- Experience leveraging both declarative (flows, approval processes, app builders, etc.) and programmatic (Apex, Triggers, VisualForce, etc.) approaches to provide business critical solutions
- Familiarity to code commonly used industry programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and OOP language (Java, C#, etc.)
- The following SFDC Certifications are considered an asset: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant
Experience
- At least 2 years of management/leadership experience
- Experience working with FinancialForce (including PSA), Pardot, and/or Gainsight considered an asset
- Working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or relevant experience
