CSR Job Description
- Reviewing receiving’s; tallies, docs, photos, per receiving to ensure accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Review receiving’s for billing accuracy & add added value services if applicable.
- Maintain and follow SOP for receiving’s.
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent information entry skills.
Required skills:
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication, both in English and Spanish
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills
- Keep organization and time management skills
- Good collaboration and team work abilities
- Great leadership and goal-setting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel
- Knowledge in inventory management PREFERRED not required
- Ability to use computers, software and other technology (Example, Magaya, Royal 4, or other WMS) PREFERRED not required
Pay rate: $16.00 - $19.00 depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
