Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to provide production floor support for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Fanuc Controllers and be adept at programming and troubleshooting CNC machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production floor support for CNC programming and operations.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with Fanuc Controllers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC programming and machine operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and production quality.
- Maintain and update CNC programs as needed to meet production requirements.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, particularly with Fanuc Controllers.
- Proficiency in programming and operating the following machines:
- Toyoda FA630 with Fanuc Controller
- Hwacheon VT650 with Fanuc Controller
- Okuma Howa 2SP-35H with Fanuc Controller
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
