Summary
Primary responsibility is providing administrative assistance in the Human Resources Field.
Dealing with day to day business such as employee relations, performance management, leaves of absences, and other
business or HR iniatives.This position is responsible for day to day operations of HR to support the business
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer general business office activities as directed by HR manager
- Such activities are clerical in nature and may include department mail, word processing, filing, order processing,
telephone answering and stationery supplies among other duties.
- Work within well-established guidelines.
Supports organizational design and change management initiatives, under the direction of HR and business leaders.
Coordinates employee data changes with HR Shared Services to ensure accurate employee records and support efficient
and effective processing.
Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize daily duties and projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
☐ Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

2-5 years Human Resource/Employment Administrative experience

MS Office, Excel and Power Point Experience Required
