Job Title : Production Planner Specialist
Location : Rockford, IL (Onsite)

Role : This position is for an onsite Production Planner Specialist role to join a growing aerospace team with our Client.
As a Production Planner Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in providing value to our customers by ensuring efficient production planning and material movement.
This is an onsite position based in Rockford, IL, with the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team at our Windsor, CT location.
Primary Responsibilities :
Manage inventory and optimize manufacturing operations
Communicate order status and changes effectively
Drive continuous improvement of scheduling functions
Facilitate inventory consensus across sales, operations, and procurement
Collaborate with various business functions to achieve daily operational goals
Key Qualifications :
Associate degree in business, manufacturing, or related field OR 2 years of relevant experience
Background in the aerospace industry is essential
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
Exposure to various manufacturing processes
Strong communication and reporting skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Additional Skills and Requirements :
Thorough understanding of production planning, scheduling, and coordination
Experience with manufacturing shop floors and material movement
Analytical mindset with solid organizational skills and attention to detail
