- candidate will be required to work ONSITE daily M-F 8-5pm, NO exceptions

- the contract may be extended annually beyond June 30, 2024
- Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT’s Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking
This role will serve as the primary resource responsible for maintaining Central Office workstation inventory, ordering, issuance, peripherals, maintenance, disposal, etc.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for appropriate stewardship of VDOT funds related to Information Technology assets. The identified candidate will serve as the primary contact for vendors and service providers, as well as coordinating the agency wide validation of refresh eligible workstations, identifying hardware/peripheral standards, continual maintenance of the Configuration Management Database, and related systems.
Skill Matrix
- Knowledge of IT Asset Management best practices. Required 5 Years
- Ability to analyze business needs, gather and analyze data, and communicate solutions. Required 5 Years
- Skill in the use of troubleshooting tools, managing, and administering Windows workstations. Required 3 Years
- Demonstrated skill in organization, time management, and task prioritization in a high-volume workspace. Required 5 Years
- Experience providing strong customer service with a customer first attitude. Required 5 Years
- Knowledge of State policy and governance. VITA Experience a plus. Desired 3 Years
- Skill in SQL queries, data manipulation, report development, and BI tools. Nice to have 3 Years
