Essential Duties:

  • Analyze user or new business requirements and improve system process.
  • Design and configure SAP system (IMG) and manage 'CTS release'.
  • Make functional design for ABAP program and interface program.
  • EAI requirement analysis, design and test with ABAP consultants.
  • EDI requirement analysis and design with EDI Consultant.
  • Perform functional test for system configuration and developed programs.
  • Preview the system change effect and decide to implement to the productive system.
  • Make user's manual and training user.
  • Monitor schedule job, system error and check the data accuracy.
  • Support user ERP operating and give a response back to user request.
  • Troubleshot all ERP system issues with ABAP Consultant
  • Perform an ERP project and internal/external system interface project.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Report weekly work statement.

Education / Skill / Experience Requirements:

  • Maintenance the SAP SCM applications (MM, PP, SD, PM, QM, WM, TM modules - at least two of these) as functional consultant.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a functional consultant with SAP applications.
  • Knowledge and experience of maintaining or implementing the SAP R/3 system.
    • Understanding of the SAP ABAP program and debugging skills.
    • Excellent communication skills with co-workers and end-users.
    • Supply Chain Management or Computer Science degree is preferred.
    • SAP R/3 consultant certification is preferred.
    • Experience in Automotive Industry is preferred.
