  • AEM Authoring or similar CMS experience (ie Contentful) at an agency, retail or financial services institution or large ecommerce site,

  • Demonstrated understanding of usability/user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles, and corporate branding;

Work Schedule: Hybrid, in-office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week; Interview Process: 30-minute pre-screen Zoom interview with hiring manager, Follow-up 30-60-minute panel interview with 3-4 members of working team

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute high quality page authoring under the direction of the UX Design Director and Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) UX Manager
  • Create and prepare digital assets for page authoring
  • Adherence to our design standards and brand guidelines
  • Should have a bold vision for excellence in web design and will work closely with designers, content management, technology, marketing, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer driven design direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solutions oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions
  • Partner across related disciplines including, usability, design, content management, and web development to meet the objectives of every business engagement.
  • Strong competency in responsive and adaptive strategies for web design

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a designer / AEM author at an agency, retail or financial services institution or large ecommerce site
  • Advanced experience in Adobe Experience Manager required
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch App
  • Best-practices knowledge of W3C and other web design standards
  • Demonstrated understanding of usability/user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles, and corporate branding
  • Must be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standard
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditions
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
