Overview: IntelliBridge is a growing large business with an immediate need for skilled and energetic Business Analyst (BA).
Description
Seeking a proficient individual to support the development of strategic work products for our TSA Secure Flight program. The Business Reporting Liaison will perform various tasks within the Agile software development cycle obtaining business requirements and understanding of complex vetting functionality, UI specifications, and reporting / data analytics supporting the Secure Flight Reporting and Capabilities section. Specifically, as a Business Liaison, will collaborate with the TSA functional team leads to develop new business requirements and coordinate with Product PM to design products that fit stakeholders needs. This involves understanding the data through analysis, guiding the stakeholder in developing requirement and supporting the designed product through the SAFe Agile process. Experience supporting agile, responsive teams using principles from the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.

- Ability to Plan, Organize, Prioritize, and Manage Assigned Responsibilities in a Highly Dynamic Work Environment
- Ability to work closely with Product Management team, users, stakeholders, and IT to effectively and efficiently elicit requirements, streamline processes, improve access to information, and define business needs. These activities include co- workers, Federal customers, and subject matter experts
- Ability to define “as-is” and “to-be” business processes; conduct and document gap analyses
- Facilitation of development and testing in support of user requirements
- Development of project deliverables including project charters, requirements documents, as-is and to-be process maps and narratives, and business cases
- Ability to conduct analyses of solution alternatives
- Ability to design/re-design workflows and processes to eliminate bottlenecks, chokepoints, pain points, and waste to improve productivity, decision making, and the utilization of assets and resources
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Across All Levels (Users, Stakeholders, Leadership, and IT)
- Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Identify ambiguous, conflicting, incorrect or incomplete requirements
- Facilitate Meetings and Working Groups
- Plan, lead, and document meetings and working groups
- Improve communication and collaboration among stakeholders
- Support Product Manager
- Support development of work products, including planning documents, alternatives of analysis, fact sheets, and process diagrams
- Assist project tracking by updating action item trackers, dashboards, and other project tools
- Maintain a central repository in SharePoint of project deliverables, meeting minutes, and other documents
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Prior work experience within DHS and/or TSA preferred
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of consulting or directly relevant industry experience
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience with complex business systems, such as vetting programs or data analytics
- Ability to work in and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Ability to work on multiple efforts simultaneously both as part of a team and individually
- MS Office Product Suite Proficiency
