What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at IntelliBridge LLC?

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the frontline of delivery, ensuring the on-scope, on-time and on-budget delivery of quality products and services to customers within the Experience Studio. In your day-to-day operations, you will serve as the key point of contact for internal projects including our Design System, as well as projects for internal and external customers to the Experience Studio, responsible for the day-to-day execution of customer engagements and internal team management. In addition to driving delivery, you will be responsible for reporting and communicating progress to both the customer and Experience Studio leadership. 

You will maximize IntelliBridge and the Experience Studio’s capabilities through accurate resourcing, pricing, and scoping, while managing deliverables and project schedules. You will also contribute to contribute to growing IntelliBridge and the Experience Studio’s business and optimizing project processes throughout engagements.

Key Objectives

Objective 1: Plan, manage, and facilitate Experience Studio project delivery, ensuring that our work is delivered on-time and on-budget to highly-satisfied customers. 

  • Manage a cross-functional team throughout the project lifecycle ensuring that projects are delivered successfully. Collaborate with Experience Studio leadership and work with team members to remove barriers to delivery, including but not limited to identifying then eliminating or mitigating risks to delivery. 
  • Identify customer needs and requirements that can be translated into discrete task and milestones, managing against contracted scope and utilizing change management processes. 
  • Chart a project plan, identifying and assigning project tasks and milestones, as well as dependencies, to ensure appropriate internal planning, resourcing and on-time delivery. 
  • Plan appropriate customer and internal communication methods, providing ongoing status updates, including budget status, risks, current schedule, staffing needs, etc.
  • Ensure quality control for all project deliverables and activities, working with craft areas to determine internal review and refinement processes. Ensure that the Experience Studio’s delivery is meeting contractual requirements and contributes to the customer’s goal. 
  • Oversee and effectively communicate staffing needs to craft leadership teams, ensuring that assignments align with customer need and project budgets constraints. 

Objective 2: Oversee and manage the financial success of a project to ensure overall profitability and compliance. 

  • In collaboration with Finance, you will be responsible for accurate and on-time billing and reporting, including all appropriate documentation per U.Group’s billing standard operating procedures. 
  • Develop and communicate financial and resourcing reporting through monthly Project Management Reporting (PMR) and forecasts. 
  • Utilizing the information gleaned from monthly forecasts, use project management principle knowledge areas to effectively influence project estimates at completion (EACs) to meet company-wide profitability goals. 
  • Collaborate with Experience Studio leadership and craft project team members to develop resourcing estimates, helping to inform company-wide staffing and talent acquisition decision-making. 

Objective 3: Collaborate with Experience Studio leadership, Account Managers, Capture Managers, and Program Managers to inform account growth strategies and new business opportunities.

  • Assist with resolving customer service issues and concerns in collaboration with Experience Studio leadership, as well as craft area leads as applicable. 
  • Participate in account growth strategy planning and efforts to increase IntelliBridge’s level of service.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts at IntelliBridge to meet client deliverables and communicate expectations.

Objective 4: Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional IntelliBridge teams to identify appropriate prioritization and ongoing delivery milestones for the IntelliBridge Design System.

  • Manage a cross-functional team throughout the Design System lifecycle ensuring that releases are delivered successfully. 
  • Collaborate with Experience Studio leadership and work with team members to remove barriers to delivery, including but not limited to identifying then eliminating or mitigating risks to delivery. 
  • Manage internal backlog of features, functionality, components, etc. focusing on maturing the Design System.
  • Adjust Design System timelines and deliverables and communicate changes as delivery adjusts due to priority engagements and/or business development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • PMP certified
  • ACSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster)
  • CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
