What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Equity VP- (#TV) position at Intelligent Staffing Inc.?
We are looking for VP level candidates for both our control and non-control/growth funds for a near to intermediate
term start. Our firm provides great opportunities for team members to take a significant role in sourcing & closing investments, work
directly with portfolio company management teams and take the lead on other various firm initiatives. Qualifying candidates should possess the
following:
Professional Skills/Experience
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to model complex operating scenarios and acquisition structures
- Ability to perform detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints
- 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank and/or consulting firm
- 2-3 years of Private Equity experience
