Intelliloan is a mortgage lender based in Orange, CA. We have been in business since 1993 & are well-established in the industry. This is a great opportunity to get into the mortgage industry as we like to promote this role within!

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting visitors entering our corporate facility and ensuring they are properly checked in as well as ensuring the appropriate receiving party is contacted. In addition, they will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and assisting other departments within our organization with various asks.

The schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, willing to work OT if necessary.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist guests and vendors upon arrival at the office.
  • Assist callers with general questions and in identifying correct departments or individuals.
  • Maintaining the front lobby area by ensuring it is neat and presentable.
  • Ensure that maintenance is obtained for all Printers and Photocopier machines.
  • Ensure that office and kitchen supplies are always stocked.
  • Keep an inventory of all items stored and used in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist other departments around the office with miscellaneous admin projects and tasks.

We are looking for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior administrative/front desk experience
  • MS Office skills, professionalism to others
  • Client focused, organized, and able to handle pressure
  • Must be well organized and a self-starter
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work with a sense of pride and urgency and to adapt and be flexible as priorities change.
  • Willingness to dive into other administrative tasks around the office with our various departments
