Seeking a Facilities Manager with comprehensive experience in engineering, technical operations, safety, security management, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing server rooms, electrical systems, HVAC, access control, and video surveillance systems, with a specific proficiency in Siemens APOGEE or Insight systems. 

This role involves extensive facility oversight, ensuring service quality and compliance with operational standards through effective management of communications with building management, cleaning services, security, and other related vendors. The Facilities Manager will also perform administrative duties to address and resolve issues efficiently.
