Title: Logistics Analyst

Location: 175 Terminal Ave. Clark NJ 07066(Hybrid)
Salary: $40 / hr on W2
Job Description:
Responsibilities can include but are not limited to the below listing:
Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory parameters to ensure the delivery of Service KPI. Understands and communicates short to mid-term supply constraints and manages E&O at the signature level.
Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions and streamlines communication to commercial teams through the local market demand planners (or through short-term Inventory Exception & Management meetings)
Communicates with the GBSC to understand supply confirmation, analyze tradeoff decisions at market level, present options during S&OP meetings, and coordinate signature level allocation.
In supply allocation scenarios, coordinate assembly vs base product allocation with the business planning team.
Coordinate with Assembly Planner to ensure confirmation of stock available based on confirmed supply from the GBSC.
Confirm DRP based on available stock and production confirmed over a certain number of days.
Manages call-offs to local markets and manages forward deployment.
Manages DRP including supply confirmation from import products coming from other zones.
Confirm product availability and timing for local market launch to GBSC.
Responsible for E&O review & management and identifying and implementing E&O reduction opportunities in the local market.
