IntelliSource is excited to partner with our client to hire a full time Workplace Associate. This position is for someone who enjoys being “hands on” to help with the day to day responsibilities to keep the facility running smoothly. This individual will have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. What you will be doing as a Workplace Associate
- Complete daily walk throughs to help maintain a clean work environment by keeping workspaces and shelves neat and tidy.
- Set up and tear down for large events and day to day internal events.
- Set up new hire workspaces and offices with office furniture.
- Escort vendors on and around property when guest access is granted.
- Maintain accurate inventory of janitorial supplies and workplace supplies needed to support site, break room and office spaces.
- Coordinate furniture pick up with trucking companies for onsite deliveries.
- Knowledge of building and installing furniture, bathroom fixtures, café equipment, etc. i.e. office chairs, office desks, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, toilet seat covers, etc.
- Use of mobile devices for access to Microsoft Teams and Outlook for FTE communication.
- Ability to walk up and down the stairs repetitively.
- Ability to use a manual pallet jack and lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis.
What will you bring to the Workplace Associate
- 1 years of relevant experience in a corporate, retail, or industrial/warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of building/installing furniture & partition grids.
- Positive, proactive attitude and “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented.
- Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills with leaders & executors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Creating an excellent workplace may require you to take on Workplace and Facility tasks that may be beyond your typical day to day responsibilities. The ability to take these on is what makes Workplace successful!
