Position : Kafka Engineer

Location : SFO,CA - (Hybrid Onsite 1-2 days a week)

Duration : Fill-Time OR W2 with Intelliswift

Mut-Have:-

Confluent Kafka expert with strong infrastructure expertise and the ability to provide guidance on best practices for developing Kafka consumer applications. Must have in-depth experience with Kafka Connectors, Kafka Streams, and KSQLs, along with an experience of managing high-volume traffic. Good to have knowledge on Kafka integration with Cloud and On premise apps like Azure, AWS, Microservices, web Methods etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Confluent Kafka clusters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-level issues.
• Provide guidance and best practices to the development team.
• Monitor and optimize Kafka performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Confluent Kafka.
• Strong understanding of Kafka architecture and internals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other messaging systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
