Salary Range: Up to $15.00 hourly benefits
The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities
In addition to delivering extraordinary service on calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, you may:
- Support customers between the hours of 12am-12pm MT (Program hours 24/7)
- Training hours: 12:30pm-9:00pm MT (1 week) and then 1 week of on the job training
- Have open availability including weekends and holidays
- Take back-to-back customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
- Make outbound financial collection calls in addition to taking incoming calls to/from customers and persuade customers to make payments on the past due account
- Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
Qualifications
What We Look for in a Candidate:
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
- Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us.
