IPHQ- CLAIMS ANALYST
Description/Job Summary
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
To ensure prompt and accurate processing of all claims filed by customers, as assigned by management for rebates, POD rebates or other areas.
Responsibilities/Duties
* Processing of POD rebates submitted by customers
* Entering data and analyzing system output with customers request
* Corresponding with customers on POD rebates status and processed amount
* AR reconciliation for POD rebate deductions
* Report preparation, analysis and troubleshooting of POD rebates
* Claims processing and document gathering for other areas.
* Resolution of claim balances in AR system
* Propose system and efficiency improvements in POD rebate process and claims process
Required Skills
AS400 experience, POD rebate knowledge, Concept of rebate programs and reporting
AS400 system usage, running queries from AS400, use of MS Access to sort and summarize data, math skills, email, communication, multi tasking, independent analysis of numerical data.
Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.
Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity.
Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment.
Must have good oral and written communication skills
