TPHQ- Business Analyst I
Description/Job Summary
The Data Analyst will provide assistance in the sales & marketing, customer service, and quality assurance to ensure that Trinity revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Data Analyst is responsible for simple to moderately complex data analysis, preparation and visualization. Be able to use their technical and domain expertise to translate data into meaningful insights for teams and leaders to confidently take action on. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things data and we seek a creative & analytical thinker. This position will work closely with Marketing Managers, cust service, engineering, production& quality assurance for requirements gathering and validation. Must have excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to be patient and positive to our customer’s client base personnel.
