We are currently seeking an IT Systems Administrator at Intercept Health!
This position is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and servers. They will install hardware and software and participate in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of their organization. System Administrators also actively resolve any problems or issues with a computer, network, and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company.
The IT Systems Administrator's primary work duties will be trouble tickets and incidents as they arise to maintain exceptional business functionality, documents, and maintains records of changes and the steps taken to resolve. They will also be required to travel to multiple locations of the business as needed.
Education and Experience Required: The selected candidate must have an Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a closely related field. OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus relevant work experience and/or credentials in lieu of a degree.
The selected candidate must also have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Administration, help desk/support, network administration or related role with a professional business or organization.
Experience with the following is preferred: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Suite, Advanced level Networking understanding and troubleshooting, and a strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices.
Also highly preferred: CompTIA A , Net , Security , CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Admin, and Cyber Security Certifications.
