Business Analyst

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a highly motivated analyst with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and can use standard database tools such as SQL and Python for business intelligence challenges and leverage these tools for applications at the intersection of financial markets and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research and analysis to identify and augment existing and newly proposed products.
• Work closely with experienced team members to develop and augment new Proof of Concept products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, across multiple business domains
• Creating and presenting reports to managers and stakeholders
• Defining project scopes, proposals, and other
• Identifying and resolving data-related issues

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Economics, or a quantitative field
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with standard programming tools such as SQL, GIT, and Python, with a strong preference towards familiarity with Google Cloud environment including BigQuery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
