Interim HealthCare is seeking a full time Scheduling Coordinator/Client Service Representative based out of our Nashua, NH office to assist in scheduling our client needs and processing applicants for hire. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This is an in-office position offering $17-$19/hour depending on the individual's skills and former work experience. The Scheduling Coordinator/Client Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for our clients, employees and candidates. This position requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to take initiative, an engaging phone manner, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Follow-through is a must! Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling, and cheerfully handling various inquiries from clients, employees and candidates on a daily basis.

Job Requirements
- Associate Degree or equivalent years of training or work experience required
- One (1) year experience in healthcare, temporary help or related industry required
- Prior scheduling experience in a medical setting preferred
- Customer service experience, office experience, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle and process confidential documents
