Home Care Nursing Supervisor, RN : Provides oversight of the care / services furnished by employees to Interim HealthCare patients and clients.

A few must-haves for this position :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Minnesota. License is active and in good standing.
• Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• CPR Certification
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience as an RN, preferably in homecare, and at least one (1) year supervisory experience.

• Hires, supervises, evaluates, motivates and develops professional and paraprofessional employees.
• Follows accepted standards of clinical practice.
• Uses clinical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team to efficiently and effectively manage the assigned patient population.
• Contributes to business growth by presenting information, education and support to external customers as requested.
• Will provide case management in the field when needed.
