As a scheduler here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services and private pay services
- Document job orders, receive referrals and assist with staffing orders
- Use Matrix Care to schedule client visits.
- Assists Caregivers with use of Matrix Care to clock in and out on shifts.
- Use Telephony to verifiy caregivers times for payroll processing.
- Answer Phones, Emails, and Document Accordingly.
- Represent a positive and proffesional dimeanor at all times.
- Perform back up on call as needed.
