Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping individuals and their families overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and connecting clients with appropriate resources and services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families facing various challenges such as end of life care and caregiver burnout
• Advocate for clients' rights and collaborate with other professionals and community organizations to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and services provided.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• State licensure/certification as a Social Worker (if applicable).
• Previous experience working in a social services setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule - 10-20 hours per week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $48,348.00 - $55,226.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
