We seek a Store Manager for our client's showroom based in Nashville. As a Store Manager, your role is multi-faceted and pivotal in shaping the store's success.

Your primary responsibility lies in nurturing and developing your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration through clear communication and ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

  • 3 years in a store manager role; 5 years overall in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to learn inventory software
  • Experienced in and Strong Team Management and Motivation Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn, develop and train others in technology / software the company uses
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment
  • Open to constructive feedback, and a desire to grow professionally & personally
  • Resourceful in problem-solving and finding solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and high attention to detail
  • Personable, adaptable, and outgoing positive attitude
