Job Posting for Production Scheduler at InteriorWorx
Responsibilities:
Review and update forecast, production schedule and material requirements.
Communicate demand information across the facility so that everyone is aware of volume.
Maintain various reporting systems for ensuring complete accuracy in a timely manner.
Proactively review material supply and demand to determine any bottlenecks for the production day.
Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily goals and forecast to prevent any delays in production.
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing staff to ensure accurate and timely product/ material deliveries.
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Strong computer knowledge and able to learn at a fast pace.
At least 3-5 years of related experience required.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and Inventory Control Practices.
Proven experience in production planning and forecasting.
Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Microsoft Office experience.
Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri (6:30am to 3:30pm)
Overtime and some Saturdays may be required
