Our firm is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Order Entry person with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to efficiently handle multiple projects at once. The successful candidate will collaborate, on a daily basis, directly with other members of the Accounting Team to accurately and efficiently process all accounts payable check requests while maintaining company deadlines. This candidate will also process all customer sales orders and warranty credits. A solid working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is necessary for this position, as well as a solid understanding of financial processes and the ability to follow directions from management.

Responsibilities: (reader's digest version)
- Enter Invoices/Check requests into system for payment processing.
- Post ACH payments
- Process Accounts Receivables for warranties
- Process all sales orders and warranty credits
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Preferably proficiency in Quickbooks or ability to learn fast.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Perform basic office tasks

Internet/Intranet Strong competence and accounting experience using Quickbooks
Qualifications:
A two year college degree in Accounting
Customer Service experience
Collections AR
AP/AP experience
3 years of QuickBooks/Sage experience
COMPLETE skills assessment tests in advertisement (first step to getting that interview!)
