General Summary: The Food Stocker is responsible for ensuring that shelves are properly stocked and organized for customers. The Food Stocker will receive, unpack, and stock merchandise, ensuring that all products are displayed in a neat and appealing manner. Light food handling and plating of meals is also required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stock and rotate merchandise on shelves, ensuring proper product placement.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations to the management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Performs other related duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience – Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
REGULATORY:
Minimum 18 years of age.
DPS Level I fingerprint clearance (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).
