Experience the magic of Yellowstone National Park in the fall! Enjoy cool fall temperatures, watch geysers erupt against the backdrop of vibrant fall colors, and see the amazing wildlife. As part of our Food & Beverage team for 2-3 months, you’ll soak in the park's natural beauty and provide legendary hospitality to our guests in this extraordinary setting.

We operate 47 dining venues, including dining rooms, fast-casual, cafeterias, bars, employee facilities, delis and snack shops. It's high volume, fast-paced and fun! Almost half of the Yellowstone summer staff work for the Food and Beverage Operation! If you are interested in starting or enhancing your food and beverage career, we have a position for you! No experience is necessary.As a Team Member you will work to meet our guests’ needs. You may work in one or more of the following positions:

• Quick Service Food Prep
• Quick Service Food Server
• Food Runner
• Dishwasher
• Cashier

The Details:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the completion of a variety of tasks relating to the preparation, service, and cleanup of food to customers.
• Responsible for creating a clean and exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all service and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.

Physical Requirements include:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. 
• Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
