Our client is looking to bring in a Travel Home Health RN to help their growing practice in Arkansas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the highest professional standards
- Assess and document patient conditions and reactions to treatments and medications
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of Home Health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
