Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the IT Director is an important leader at ICHS who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing the organization's information technology functions and influencing technology investments. Responsibilities will include leading, mentoring and coordinating the IT team, ensuring the efficient operation of computing systems and equipment, and contributing to the strategic planning and execution of the advancement of organization's information technology infrastructure. Duties will encompass providing operational and programmatic support, mentoring information technology staff, and collaborating with the CIO on strategic and tactical matters related to information technology. The IT Director’s expertise will be crucial in ensuring the organization's IT functions align with business goals, optimizing technology resources, and contributing to the overall success of the organization in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
Hourly Pay Range: $57.90 - $84.77
Education - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience - At least 5 years of network, system management of deployment, monitoring, maintenance upgrades and support of IT systems experience. At least 5 years’ experience managing and leading high functioning, highly accountable IT teams. Minimum of 3 years maintaining an annual IT budget greater than or equal to $3 million. Experience supporting healthcare clinics with Epic EMR strongly preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Microsoft certification required. Azure apps and infrastructure certification preferred.
