Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, Lunches and Visiting Doctor Offices and Hospitals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
