Insurance Sales Representative Commercial

We are an independent insurance agency located in the vibrant Kendall area near the turnpike. Our agency specializes in providing exceptional insurance solutions to our clients, with a focus on commercial lines. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.

Overview:

Do you already have experience in the commercial lines field or are you familiar with Personal Lines and eager to transition into the Commercial Lines field? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are committed to training the right candidate who possesses a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service. In this role, you will learn how to process Binder Requests, Policies, Certificates, Cancellations, and other essential tasks related to commercial insurance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

- Analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance or retail sales

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired

- Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

-4-40 or 2-20 license preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
