Content Creator

International Marketing Systems is a Fargo-based ecommerce company that specializes in the development and growth of internal direct-to-consumer brands. We are a growing team located near downtown Fargo who takes immense pride and ownership in what we do!

We are seeking a Content Creator to join our growing team. We are looking for a collaborative, ambitious, and creative problem solver ready to learn and grow in the digital media world. This person will help expand our internal brands through the creation of video, photo, and graphical content on YouTube, Amazon, social media, and our brand websites.

• You feel comfortable speaking and being in front of a camera.
• You have a keen eye for detail and graphic design.

Bonus points if:

• You have a passion for the outdoors, wilderness survival, crochet, knitting, macrame, embroidery, or DIY activities in general!

If you join us, this is what you'll do:

• Get to know each of our brands.
• Understand audiences for brands across multiple platforms.
• Brainstorm content ideas with our Social Media Strategist.
• Teach yourself crafting techniques using our product.
• Write educational video scripts and blog posts.
• Film, photograph, and edit high-quality instructional content.
• Compose captions for social media posts across multiple platforms.
• Schedule a wide variety of social media posts natively on each platform.
• Use insights from analytics to improve content performance over time.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
• Help produce product listing assets.

Skills needed:

• Proficient in one or many of the Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Photography and videography experience
• Comfortable being on video
• Ecommerce knowledge as consumer or seller preferred but not required
• Marketing experience preferred but not required

This is a full-time position, which is 40 hours per week during 8am-5pm business hours Monday-Friday. If you are still in school and have limited availability, you may still be considered in a part time role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
