Assists with the delivery of global mobility tasks and activities for a seamless transition of International Assignees through interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders. Position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Learning and Mobility Services, which is a part of the Global Talent Management Organization.
Position supports a team that manages the transfer process for individuals and their family members as part of the coordination of an international assignment or U.S. relocation domestic transfers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assists with global mobility activities/ tasks for domestic and international mobility programs.
- Fields administrative calls and emails to the local Mobility office from managers, HR Partners, HR team members and Controllers to facilitate appropriate Mobility contact assistance.
- Drafts, routes and tracks legal documents, i.e. immigration documents, letters of understanding, commitment agreements, translations, Apostilles, and new hire/ transferee documentation.
- Assists with ARI auto lease program for Mobility fleet vehicles, insurance, and safety process.
- Interacts with various internal departments, including Accounting, Legal, Tax, Corporate Travel, Health Services, and Mailroom/ Facilities providing update Assignee listings.
- Enrolls and maintains various employee insurance benefits.
- Processes vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Assists U.S. Domestic Relocation coordinator with data quality corrections
- Assists Tax Equalization coordinator with duties as assigned
- Assists with India Provident fund process
- Enters international relocation request into vendor portal upon request
General Administrative Assistance
- Provides administrative support to the Senior Manager Global Learning and Mobility Services as needed.
- Work and coordinate with other support personnel as needed
- Creates, organizes, maintains electronic and paper assignee files, monitors the Mobility team Mailbox, makes travel arrangements; organize/ facilitate meeting planning/agenda, and performs other administrative support duties as required

Requirements:
- High school education or greater; HR knowledge a plus
- Excellent writing, time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Windows applications is required
- Must possess strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- A high level of confidentiality is required
- Ability to produce professional graphic/ detailed charts and presentations on short notice
- High degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to all levels of management.
- Team player who is self-motivated; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to handle multiple tasks; dependable, and punctual; must be detail oriented with ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience working with senior management
- Self-starter and ability to work in a flexible work environment is necessary for a variety of situations to include, but not limited to, working hours and various time zones
