Full Job Description:
International Restaurant Management Group is looking for a POS Technical Support Specialist to join our team in our Miami, FL office. This person will assist with deployment coordination, technical guidance and support to our rapidly growing business nationally. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, with experience in networking and installing POS Systems (SICOM|XENIAL, Square), along with knowledge of POS Software for Restaurants. Additionally, they will be able to program, install and train restaurant owners and staff on our systems use according to procedure. They will leverage their interpersonal skills to communicate with the field and provide a solution to their technical challenges quickly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be able to be manage their time accordingly, prioritizing incidents on the go. They will also be required to leverage our internal ticket system (Zen Desk) and provide feedback where able. They should have strong working knowledge with SICOM/Xenial, feeling comfortable working within its space. The candidate will also be responsible for working with our deployment teams nationwide assisting where possible. They will need to be ready to not only support our team, though help train them as well.
