EXPERIENCE: Customer service is a plus; call center experience is a plus;
**While experience is a plus, it is not necessary as we have on the job training!**
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Typical call center office environment. Fast paced, high customer service demand with a great deal of people interaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES: To contact applicants that are in need of funds. Verify the application information and release to underwriting.
