What is the Role?

Intersection is seeking an upbeat, energetic, and self-motivated Billing Coordinator to join our Accounting team in our​ ​Hasbrouck Heights office! The Billing Coordinator position will primarily be responsible for revenue contract data entry for a nationwide technology and advertising company. This position will work with the senior billing team and other accounting staff and also interact with sales staff throughout the company’s markets.

Within your first month:  

  • Be familiarized with our media and markets
  • Gain an understanding of all billing systems and reporting used by the Contract administration team
  • Become acquainted with the team and OOH media terms
  • Build relationships with Account Executives and Sales Coordinators

Within your first two months, you will:

  • Expected to accurately process new contracts and contract changes
  • Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with Account Executives, A/R, and other personnel regarding discrepancies, billing adjustments

You’re great for this role because:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university ​is preferred​
  • Experience with advertising industry billing administration is preferable 
  • Experience with the Quattro Revenue System from Key Systems is a big plus 
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Be detail oriented, hands-on, and meticulous in carrying out work responsibilities 
  • Be willing and able to collaborate with individuals in multiple departments 
  • Be comfortable in working in a fast-paced atmosphere, confident and proactive 
  • Be a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic who works to get the job done
  • 3 years of billing, accounting, or contract administration experience
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
