Purpose of Job :

The Facilities Coordinator provides facilities maintenance in order to have a productive facilities environment for our business partners.

This role will also fill in for the Supervisor as needed, while training and assisting other Team Members.

Job Components :

• Supports site management for Support Center, Plano Rd Testing Center, Fulfillment Centers, and Interstate Owned Territory (IOT) Locations.
• Liaises with vendors and suppliers on behalf of the Facilities Supervisor.
• Arranges for facility repairs and ensures repairs are completed accurately.
• Participates in all aspects of facilities furniture including repairs, purchases, relocation, installations, and maintenance of inventory.
• Provides general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office / facilities.
• Performs ad hoc assignments and administrative support for seamless and timely delivery of services.
• Executes the temp badging process for employees, visitors, and third-party providers.
• Trains and onboards other Team Members.
• Assists with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Performs duties as needed for the Supervisor in their absence.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other mailroom applications.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Ability to meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment.
• Self-starter with good oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Quick learner.

Work Environment :

• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

• Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk, and hear.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to occasionally lift and / or move 50 lbs.
