What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with teams to implement strategic marketing plans to drive company growth and objectives.
• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, providing comprehensive reports on performance trends and results while managing budgets.
• Develop a deep understanding of relevant clients and markets to guide the creation of effective marketing plans and materials.
• Cultivate relationships, foster collaboration, and set strategic direction for assigned teams, responding promptly to requests when needed.
• Direct efforts in setting specific goals, objectives, and KPI targets for cohesive and profitable marketing campaigns aligned with business targets.
• Performs high-level research, collects and analyzes data, and identifies and recommends new marketing opportunities.
• Analyzes current and past data to understand clients and markets in order to identify marketing strategies and business opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Expertise for this Role

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Eight to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Schedule: Full-time

Work setup and Travel:

This position and individual will be based out of our Sioux Falls, Omaha, or Sioux Center offices with limited travel. This is not a remote position.
