The position will collaborate closely with other members of the Quality Management team as well as other internal and external departments and practices. The position will lead efforts to monitor, gather and validate quality measures specified by CMS and payers. This individual will ensure that processes exist to maximize these efforts and identify areas for improvement as needed. The Manager will stay current on all updates to the technical specifications and contractual requirements for IWH value based programs.
What you will do:
    • In depth knowledge and expertise of the value based programs including strategies that affect all quality measures within the product.
    • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
    • Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
    • Provides leadership and support in establishing the Quality Performance Initiatives at the market level and leverage their supervisor(s) and/or quality analysts to ensure all market needs are met.
What you will need:
    • 6 - 8 years' related experience.
    • 3 years' supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business, scientific and technical journals, regulations, compliance guides, and legal documents.
    • Ability to effectively present and train information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, directors, customers, and/or public groups
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where limited standardization might exist. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions furnished in written, oral, and/or diagram form.
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Spreadsheet software, presentation software, internet software, web based training programs and work Processing software
